The Keychron K10 is a 104 keys white LED backlight Bluetooth mechanical keyboard made for Mac and Windows. Engineered to maximize your productivity with most popular full size layout with number pad.
With a unique Mac layout while compatible with Windows, the K10 has all essential multimedia and function keys you need (Num Lock works with Windows only), and comes with a dedicated Screenshot Key, Siri (Cortana) Key, and Screen Lock Key. Extra keycaps for both Mac and Windows operating systems are included.
Connects with up to 3 devices via the reliable Broadcom Bluetooth 5.1 chipset and switch among them easily for multitasking needs. The K10 is best to fit home, office and light gaming use while connecting with your smartphone, laptop and iPad. It also has wired mode with USB Type-C connection.
With the Gateron G Pro mechanical switch providing unrivaled clicky responsiveness on the Blue switch with up to 50 million durable keystroke lifespan. N-key rollover (NKRO) on wired mode or 6KRO on wireless mode.
The K10 can last up to 240 hours (with backlight off) with a 4000 mAh big battery, which is one of the biggest in mechanical keyboards. Two level adjustable feet (6º and 9º) and inclined bottom frame provides a great ergonomic support for long lasting typing comfort.
I purchased this keyboard for it's ability to switch between my Windows computer and my iPad. I'm not a gamer so I can't address how it meets their needs.I wanted a full size keyboard with mechanical keys, as that's what I type on best. I tried the Arteck Universal Bluetooth keyboard, and although it's a solid piece of work, I don't like the flatter, non-mechanical laptop type keys, and just couldn't adjust back to what my typing speed/error rate should be.I had a wired Max Keyboard Nighthawk X8, which has Cherry MX Brown keys and I really liked it, except when I needed to have Bluetooth accessibility it didn't have it. The Gateron G Pro Red Switch's have a very nice feel to them. Good tactile feedback, but a louder click then the Cherry MX Brown keys, which doesn't bother me, and maybe a little more key travel. It's full size keyboard layout is identical to the Nighthawk so there hasn't had to be any adjustment in my typing. On the left side of the keyboard, on the edge, not the keyboard surface, are two slide switches and the USB-C port. The slide switches are for selection between 1) Windows/Android and MacIntosh/iOS devices and 2) Bluetooth/Off/Cable. You can use the keyboard by cable connection to your computer with an included USB-A to USB-C (which as other reviewers have noted is to short, if your computer isn't right next to your computer), or by Bluetooth. It's pairing to Bluetooth devices (iPad) was effortless. You switch to a Bluetooth device by function keys, fn+1, fn+2 or fn+3. I initially started out having the keyboard in a wired connection to my Windows computer and Bluetooth to the iPad. I had some sort of glitch that wouldn't let me use the multimedia keys by doing their proscribed fn+X+L to switch between multimedia and function capability. That was solved in one of those mysterious ways where you try different things and it's magically fixed. Which I know isn't helpful. I think it was fixed by my connecting the keyboard by Bluetooth to the Windows computer, then going to iPad, where multimedia keys worked and after I switched back to Windows it magically worked there too. Even when I went back to cable connection. I use it with the Windows/Mac switch always left on Windows and it seems to be fine for the iPad.I had contacted the seller regarding this problem and there response back was very quick, asking for more information on the issue, but being I had resolved the issue I can't say more on their support, except that they were fast on response.I ended up deciding to use the keyboard with the Bluetooth connection to both my Windows computer and my iPad. I don't care for the putzy-ness of having to slide the switch on the side to select cable vs Bluetooth, which is sort of stiff and awkward, compared to the ease of fn+1 Bluetooth switching. Plus, there is virtually no delay in response when switching via Bluetooth. The keyboard goes dark with the number you are switching to lighting up and after a second or two the keyboard lights back up. BUT the change is really instantaneous, you don't have to wait for the keyboard to light back up and can start typing immediately. It is a backlit keyboard that has a dedicated key to switch between various lighting displays, so you can show this to your friends, who will be awed, and then you go back to using the plain solid back lighting.Overall it meets all of my needs and I am very pleased with the keyboard, with the Pros vs the Cons being:PROGreat mechanical keyboard feel.Easy Bluetooth setup and switching.Solid Build.Extra Mac/Win keycaps and tool.CONSTo short of USB cable.Stiff, poorly positioned cable/Bluetooth slider.Glitch in multimedia key select (resolved). This keyboard's switches are smooooth! It works perfectly either with the usb-c connection or via bluetooth and there is no discernible lag. I appreciate the little 'start up' sequence with the backlit LED's which is a nice touch. Multipoint bluetooth works great between different devices too. I'd be hard-pressed to find an advantage between this keyboard and some of the higher priced options--this is hard to beat for my home office setup.Gaming *might* be another issue, since the Gateron Red switches that came with mine are linear (you'd probably want browns or some other tactile switch). For work use it's perfectly adequate, fast and quiet. My wife actually likes the noise of my keyboard clacking away and finds it relaxing! No lo he evaluado en Mac.The keys are extremely noisy is my biggest complaint. Key symbols are hard to read, they double them up and the symbols are very small. They need to make the letters, numbers and symbols BOLD. The angle of the keyboard, just isn't comfortable, maybe because of the big bulky keys, even though it has (2) height adjustments. Not sure if I'm taking this back.lo compre en Mayo y hace un mes me fallo toda el area del block numerico y le escribo al vendedor y no me responde, y creo q para el precio deberia ser de mejor calidadI had the K4 keyboard and loved it, except for the fact that the arrow keys, et al were squashed into the standard keys, so I upgraded to the K10. I feel pretty burned on this keyboard because the keyboard will disconnect from bluetooth very frequently and I have to watch the last key I was holding repeat itself on my screen for many seconds until it figures it out and reconnects.I contacted support and they gave me the standard process to go through -- didn't help. It's obvious many other people have this problem. I reinstalled drivers and the whole thing, no help. Fully charged and plugged into a power source, same issue.I use this keyboard across a Macbook, and a PC and it has the same behavior on both, so them telling me my OS is the problem is a bit of a joke. Especially since my K4 works perfectly.I even did the ill-advised firmware update (could brick the device) -- no help.I love the format of the keyboard, but am absolutely frustrated with it disconnecting all the time.
